Dog Day Afternoon

Ages: All ages are welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult.
Each year we get between 20-30 dog and pet related vendors to showcase their goods and services at Dog Day Afternoon. If you are looking for something special for your four legged friend or just need some tips from the experts, you will find them at our vendor tents. We also showcase a number of rescue groups and organizations who work with dogs providing much needed community services!
2017 Dog Day Vendor Application
Vendor applications can be printed up and sent in to our administrative office at 459 N Kennedy Drive in Bourbonnais, IL 60914. Please keep an eye out for our email blasts sharing new information on the event, and if you would like to be on our mailing list please send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All dogs must be controlled on a leash six feet long or less. Retractable leashes are allowed as long as they are locked at six feet or less.
All animal waste must be pick-up and disposed of in a waste receptacle. Plastic baggies are available at no charge at the event front gate.
All dogs must be healthy and up to date on shots to participate at Dog Day Afternoon.
Unruly or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave the park.
Please remember to comply with the park's mandatory leash law and waste removal rules.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Dog Day Raffle
While you are at Dog Day Afternoon please stop by the raffle table next to the demo area. Every year we get fun dog related items that we raffle off. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Winners do not need to be present to win and winners will be picked throughout the event; all prizes must be picked up at Dog Day by 3:00 p.m. or prizes will be available for pick-up at the Recreation Station on 770 E. Franklin Street in Bradley, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Event times are subject to change. All contests are open to the public and registrations are taken at the Raffle tent next to the demonstration area the day of the event.
