Adventure Guides:
The Exploration Station……a Children’s Museum has openings for part time Adventure Guides/Admissions Clerks.  Duties include overseeing programs and visitors during the day-to-day operations and maintaining facility appearance and exhibits. Hours will vary and will include nights and or weekends.

Bus Drivers:
The recreation department has immediate openings for bus drivers with CDL's and Passenger endorsements, and if you have your School Bus endorsement, that's a plus. This is a part time position, hours will vary from week to week and will change depending on demand. Must be friendly, experienced, responsible, aware of current rules of the road  and willing to drive patrons of all ages ranging from school aged children up to senior citizens. Please include references and specify what type of license and endorsements you have.
 
Site Supervisor:
The Bourbonnais Township Park District is seeking to fill part-time and seasonal positions for special events and programs. Duties include: Monitoring athletic programs, table and chair set-up/tear down, overseeing events and maintaining exhibit areas and live animals. Evening and weekend hours.  This is a minimum wage, entry level position. 

Specialized Program Instructor:
The Bourbonnais Township Park District is seeking Specialized Program Instructor(s) who want to share their talents with the community.  The ideal candidates will have experience in planning programs, public speaking as well as a great interest in working directly with people. The positions involve program planning, and implementation.  Candidates must be able to work weekends and evenings. The positions require a minimum of a high school diploma and/or a specific background and expertise in the particular subject being taught. The park district is seeking instructors on a variety of subjects which include but are not limited to: Fitness, Sports, Wellness, Education, Arts & Crafts, and Nature related programs. Specialized Program instructors should hold specific certifications within their area of expertise and have at least two years of related experience. These positions are part-time and are considered independent contractors.

Are the kids looking for something to do over Spring Break? Don't forget to check out our School Break Day programs that include games, activities, movies field trips and more to keep kids busy while school is out! 

The Perry Farm Park Easter Egg Extravaganza will take place at 10am on Saturday, April 8. Admission is free and don't forget to bring a basket!

Breakfast with the Bunny will be hosted at the Recreation Station on Saturday, April 8 at 8:30am. This event is designed for children ages 8 & younger and their families to visit with the Easter Bunny and his Ducky friend! Breakfast and an egg hunt are included. Seating is limited to don't forget to sign up before Saturday April 1st!

We are now accepting Daddy Daughter Dance registrations. Registration deadline is Friday, April 21, however, this program fills up fast so don't wait, register today!
